A superb quality early 19th Century mahogany pedestal desk, the moulded edge top having a green leather writing surface decorated with gold and blind tooling, the desk has an arrangement of nine graduated mahogany lined drawers with the original turned wooden knob handles, supported on a plinth base. The desk is in fantastic condition and has a lovely warm mahogany colour. Circa 1840.
