Early 18th Century George II walnut Norfolk chest of drawers, having a wonderful crossbanded and figured top above a selection of four over three drawers, four small drawers around a central small cupboard door, with three long graduated drawers below, the drawer fronts having boxwood lining and the original brass plate handles and escutcheons, supported on a moulded base terminating on bracket feet. Circa 1740.

A fabulous quality early 18th Century carved oak mule chest, having a four panel hinged top opens to reveal a large compartment space, the front of the chest having wonderful intricate and highly decorative carving with a single frieze drawer at the bottom, panelled sides and supported on block feet. Circa 1740.

A fabulous quality 19th walnut and marquetry Wellington chest, the shaped and moulded cornice decorated with floral marquetry inlay above a combination of six graduated mahogany lined drawers with the original turned wooden knob handles, the drawers fronts having floral marquetry which is of exceptional quality, the columns either side having bold ormolu figure mounts, supported on a plinth base with further marquetry inlay. Lovely warm walnut colour and in excellent condition. Circa 1860.

A large and impressive 19th Century mahogany bowfront chest of drawers, having a nice shaped figured top above a selection of two short over three long graduated oak lined drawer with the original turned brass engraved handles, it’s worth noting that the handles are of fabulous quality, decorative turned and reeded column supports either side terminating on high elegant turned feet. In excellent condition and having a lovely warm rich mahogany colour. Circa 1830.

A unique and impressive 19th Century British mahogany military chest, the top lifts up to reveal a dressing station supported on brass rods, consisting of a mirror at the centre with shelves either side, the chest having a combination of two short over four long drawers with the original brass recessed handles, the central drawer pulls out to reveal a lift up writing slope with various compartments, slides either side of the writing slope that open to reveal further compartment space and a pen tray, supported on elegant turned feet. Circa 1840.

A fabulous quality and unique early 19th Century serpentine shaped mahogany chest of drawers, having a lovely figured top above a selection of six mahogany lined drawers with brass engraved swan neck handles, a single drawer at the top with the drawer front configuration making it look like it’s three small drawers, two smaller drawers either side below and a single drawer at the bottom, at the centre of the chest there is tambour slide opening to reveal a cupboard with plenty of compartment space, supported on ogee bracket feet. Circa 1810.
