				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>18th Century oak dresser having a nice figured and moulded edge top above three central graduated oak lined drawers flanked either side by single drawer and a cupboard below, hinged door with arched fielded panelled door fronts, opening to reveal a large compartment space, both doors have workable locks, all drawers having brass plate handles and the central three with brass escutcheons, four decorative reeded columns located at either sides of the drawers, the dresser having panelled sides and a shaped moulded edge running along the sides and front, supported on block feet. Circa 1770.</p>
